Ryan Rodriguez

Ryan has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 15 years, with a focus on all aspects of the mortgage process, from customer service to credit, settlements, post-settlement, sales and operations.

In his time in the industry Ryan has gained a wealth of knowledge in the importance of great customer service in conjunction with technical knowledge to achieve the best results for his clients.

Ryan’s experience working for one of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders has provided him with experience in the full range of mortgages, prime, near prime and specialist, and is able to understand the risk profiles of all clients and understands that no one situation is the same.

Ryan was heavily involved in the outsourcing of back of house and customer and support services to the Philippines in his previous role of National Operations Manager, managing the teams locally to create a highly successful and high performing team.

Ryan has a Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) as well as Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).

As the Director of Bspoke Finance, Ryan is responsible for overseeing all of the relationships with our business partners, providing exceptional customer service and seamless solutions for all of our clients and customers and those of our trusted partners.
